Shipping / Returns
We ship orders via UPS. We will try our best to have your orders shipped out in a timely matter. Our warehouse is open from Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST (excluding holidays) We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
For our International Customers, please let us know via phone or email which cargo company you would like to use to deliver your shipment.
We are not able to provide destination country taxes or duty charges. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Joia Shoes will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. Joia Shoes reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
- Returns will only be accepted for damaged merchandise, and for no other reason (ex: not being content with the color). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.
- Only store credit will be given upon approval of damage claims. No money will be refunded at any time.
- The customer will be responsible for returning damaged merchandise and for any return shipping costs.
- Used or worn shoes will not be accepted.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging. We will not accept items that have been repacked.
- Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only provide credit for the merchandise.
